The house furniture are two A/C minisplit 1 ton. systems on each of the bedrooms, one queen size mattress and base in the main bedroom and a three mattress bunk bed in the other bedroom, stove and refrigerator in the kitchen. House has the basic services, water and electricity. Everything is in great condition given that the house has been used very little and for very short periods.
